Edwin has dedicated his career to helping organisations rethink how they work. and grow the leadership and culture to support this. He is one of the earliest pioneers of Agile in NZ, having being actively involved since 2002.

Edwin is an entrepreneur, business leader, agile expert and teacher. He has founded three companies, sold two and helped grow many, He has extensive experience working with executives and senior leaders to establish agile practices across a range of different business units.

Edwin is the 8th person in the world to be accepted as a trainer with Scrum.org. He has trained the majority of NZ’s scrum masters, product owners and agile coaches. He is an Evidence Based Management consultant and a founding member of the Agile Alliance New Zealand.
