Joy Guo

Joy specialises in technology, artificial intelligence, privacy, data protection, and general commercial advisory work, including commercial contracts. With a background in management consulting and commercial litigation (including technology litigation), she advises on technology projects and complex commercial arrangements. 

Joy assists both technology vendors and procurers of technology with procurement and contractual arrangements, contractual negotiations, IP protection, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Joy also assists with the legal assessment of AI tools, including evaluating risks and obligations, and developing workplace policies and privacy policies to support responsible AI use.
