For the last four years, Kacper has been helping leadership teams test and define customer-centric & agile ways of working by empowering them to work in new ways through coaching and mentoring. His ultimate goal is to help organisations delight their customers through great engaging workplaces.
Kacper has been involved in multiple international agile projects, with teams in the USA, Australia and Poland. Recent engagements have focused on bringing Agile into Management and non-IT areas such as Marketing and HR for large New Zealand Corporates, Vodafone NZ and Fonterra.
