Kerry Boielle
Chief Sales Officer, Southern Cross Health Society

Kerry is the Chief Sales Officer at joined Southern Cross Health Society - a role that heads up the Marketing, Product and Customer Strategy teams and incorporates the agile delivery teams.

Kerry and her team of seven direct reports are responsible for growing and refreshing the Society’s customer value proposition, including growing the membership, evolving the brand and creating digital experiences and customer propositions to deliver on the Society’s health & wellness objectives. Ultimately their goal is to become more relevant to more members, enabling them to live their healthiest lives.

Kerry is also the Chair of the CareHQ Board which is a virtual primary care platform built in the early stages of covid in 2020. Kerry has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry has seen her in a range of managerial roles, spanning sales, product, marketing, operations and strategy and holds an Executive MBA (Honours) from The University of Auckland.
