Libby Lavrova is a Data & AI Partner Technical Specialist at IBM New Zealand, where she collaborates with local business partners to co-create innovative AI solutions. With a strong foundation in business transformation and cognitive engineering, Libby leverages her expertise to help partners address customer needs through AI-centric strategies.

Prior to her current role, Libby spent four years designing, developing, and leading virtual assistant teams in the telecommunications industry as a Business Transformation Consultant and Cognitive Engineer at IBM. Her dedication to delivering intelligent experiences has been instrumental in driving value across various enterprises in New Zealand.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Libby is the co-chair of Women@IBM, reflecting her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the tech community.
