Luke Campbell
CEO & Co-founder, VXT

Luke Campbell is the Co-Founder and CEO of VXT, a legaltech company revolutionising communication for law firms. What started as a voicemail transcription tool has grown into a global platform supporting over 9 million calls and integrating with major legal software systems like Clio, LEAP, and Actionstep. Under Luke’s leadership, VXT has expanded across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the US, becoming one of the country’s fastest-growing tech companies.

Luke’s entrepreneurial journey began at the University of Canterbury, where he co-founded VXT with a mission to solve real-world problems for professionals. His work has earned him recognition as the 2024 Young Achiever at the NZ Hi-Tech Awards and the respect of a team so dedicated that several members—including Luke himself—have tattooed the VXT logo on their arms.

A strong believer in resilience and purpose-driven leadership, Luke draws on personal experience, including undergoing spinal fusion surgery at 16, to fuel his drive. He continues to lead VXT with a commitment to innovation, authenticity, and building world-class teams.
