Mason Gismondi is the Head of Psychosocial Safety for Bupa Asia Pacific and a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience leading large-scale mental health, organisational culture, and psychosocial risk strategies across complex, high-change environments.

At Bupa, Mason is responsible for embedding psychosocial risk management across a workforce of over 20,000 employees, spanning health services, aged care, insurance, and corporate functions. He leads the enterprise-wide Psychosocial Health Check program and has been instrumental in delivering Bupa’s award-winning Suicide Prevention Strategy, recognised nationally for its impact and innovation.

Mason brings a unique blend of deep psychological expertise and commercial acumen—helping executive teams move beyond traditional wellbeing models to position psychosocial safety as a strategic business priority.
