Dr. Monty Badami is an anthropologist, speaker, and coach, and the founder of Habitus—a social enterprise dedicated to building more inclusive, adaptive communities and workplaces. He blends his background in Army leadership with evolutionary and cross-cultural research to explore how our diversity and imperfection drive human success.

Monty holds a PhD in anthropology and lectures at university level, while also serving in the Army Reserves and co-hosting the podcast The Meaning Of.... His fieldwork with the Paniya people in India shaped his commitment to social equity and innovation.

Through Habitus, Monty works with corporate clients and private schools to fund inclusive, research-led programs for public schools and marginalised communities, helping people everywhere thrive through connection, creativity, and purpose.
