Will Carey-Hill leads Suncorp’s Delivery Transformation, driving the design, implementation, and embedding of Ways of Working and System of Work transformation through its end to end delivery model, Momentum. Over this time, Suncorp has more than doubled its delivery capacity - growing from 100 projects a year to over 200 initiatives each quarter, while also lifting team health and engagement. 

Will brings deep expertise in complex adaptive organisational transformation, including agile operating and delivery models, lean portfolio management, and solution delivery. Prior to Suncorp, he held senior transformation roles across the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group, Bankwest, ASB, and the Bank of New Zealand.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Will has lived and worked across Auckland, Perth, and Sydney, building a global perspective on what it takes to deliver at scale in dynamic, fast‑moving industries.
